GNC收到货破损支招:与客服来往邮件流水账

最近有点背,前段时间在GNC官网下单买的白藜芦醇到货以后发现竟然瓶子碎了,看到的那一刻感觉我的心碎了,自己好不容易下的单子出现这个情况有点心有不甘,奈何快递收货的时候没有仔细检查直接签收,不过即使自己知道破损了拒签也就那样了,转运公司才不会给你发回去,只能哑巴吃黄连,自己吃亏。

不过怎么着也得找找GNC解决试试,不管怎么样吧,看看能不能挽回一些损失,自己也准备好了图片,看看能不能邮件证明给他们看我的这个问题是真的,看很多人说健安喜的客服邮箱是customerservice@gnc.com,我不知道是不是真的,不过我在GNC 的网站看到了有在线提交问题的地方,不过不能提交图片,我想先试试,如果没有回音,再发邮件。

于是我登陆GNC 官网,找到他的网站客服联系的提交地方,简单写了些我的情况,很简单,就是试试看的,英文比较差,大体的意思如下:

正文就是很简单的写了些:my order xxxxxx is damaged, I want to know how can you will handle it?I have said many times butno reply,I am very sad,can you help me?

写完了提交就行,隔天登陆邮箱就收到了一封健安喜客服customerservice@gnc.com的邮件:

Dear ***Thank you for contacting Customer Service at www.gnc.com.We apologize you received your recent order, #996432****, damaged.Please advise us if there was any damage to the outside of your package.You havetwo options available for compensation. We can reship the itemsto you via and expedited 2-3 business day shipping via UPS, or we cancredit you for the order cost. Please reply back to this email orcontact us at anytime by calling 877-462-4700.Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you, andthank you again for contacting Customer Service at www.gnc.com.Sincerely,Leigh Ann D.Customer Service RepresentativeCustomer Service at www.gnc.comIf you have additional questions, please visit our online Help Desk.

大体的意思我看明白了,就是说他们提供2条解决办法,一个是网站重新发货,一个是退款,看到这我真是喜极而泣,当然选退款,于是直接邮件回复了他们,这次我语气温柔了许多:

hi:

I want you tocredit me for the order xxxxxx(订单号)cost,thank you.

第二天就收到了回复邮件:Dear ***Thank you for taking the time to contact GNC. We appreciate yourinterest in our company. As the largest manufacturer and retailer ofnutritional supplements, we understand that customers depend on us forquality products and quality information.Please accept our apologies for damaged items that you have received. Wehave submitted a credit request (ID: 887****) on your behalf. You canexpect the refund to process in approximately 2-5 business days at whichtime you will be notified via email.If you have any more questions or comments, please do not hesitate toreply to this email or call our Customer Service Department toll-free at1-877-462-4700 and thank you again for contacting Customer Service atwww.gnc.com.Sincerely,Alice C.Customer Service at www.gnc.comIf you have additional questions, please visit our online Help Desk.Original Message Follows:然后3天以后就收到GNC退款的邮件,终于索赔成功,开心一个!

不过我奇怪的是我就说我收到的坏了,他就说可以选要东西就再发一次,不要就退钱,都不要发照片什么的,这点有点过头了吧?总体感觉大家在索赔写邮件的时候一定要示弱一下啊,感觉要写的悲悲戚戚这样才好,过程很简单也没啥干货,希望能帮助那些遇到同类问题的网友。
