支招Sierratradingpost即STP下单不发货的解决办法

　　最近在海淘贝网站看到推荐的sierratradingpost这个网站的白菜不少，的确白菜不少，那双其乐女鞋原本要给女王拿下的，奈何说是丑，非要买ecco的，好，那你就去买吧，爷没钱没ecco!有白菜不卖白花冤枉钱是不是?

　　这点我也得吐槽一下，海淘贝的推荐白菜是真的太白菜了，让人一不小心手抖就买了，这不前两天的那件天木兰的钱包，就是这样加入购物车，然后信用卡付款，然后就翘着二郎腿等发货!

　　隔天打开邮箱收到了STP的邮件，以为发货邮件，点开一看，顿时火冒三丈：

　　看到“Your order is being held.”我就知道订单被高高挂起啦，仔细查看原因，正文写着：

　　“Thank you for your recent order.

　　Unfortunately, it is being delayed because:

　　We need verification of the billing and shipping addresses. Please call our toll-free number to verify both billing and shipping addresses or you may respond by email. We ask that you verify each address in full to make sure we have the correct information in order to process and ship your order to the correct place. Please make sure to include any specific information, such as apartment numbers, P.O. boxes, suite numbers, etc.

　　Please refer to your order number and your customer number when responding to this letter.

　　Your merchandise will be held for 7 days. If we do not hear from you, we will cancel your order. If you have already taken care of this over the phone, please disregard this notice.”

　　大体的意思就是我的账单地址与收货地址不一致，需要我亲自核实，我细想一下应该主要是我在结算的时候直接使用了转运地址作为账单地址，而且STP傻傻的自动给了一个账单地址，貌似添了一些详细的信息，我也没有考虑直接就默认用了，现在好了，出问题了，咋办?

　　大体的意思就是：他们系统认为我的账单地址和转运地址不一样，然后系统会自动认为订单有问题，需要我重新提供给他我的账单地址和寄送地址，可以通过邮件或者电话，我是又想快又想不花钱，所以客服妹子直接帮忙，我把真实的账单地址给了他，之前我下单时候他们系统把转运地址默认账单地址，看大部分网友都说需要真实账单地址，索性尝试一下!然后正好是周末，等了一天，我看状态一直是in process，等急了，我再来live chat!

　　好吧，原来是周末他们不上班，再加上ups不收货，只能等到周一上班在处理，好，我再等!

　　新周一下午我兴奋的打开邮箱以为会有发货邮件，发现还是没有，那就等账户看吧，忽然发现，订单状态显示“Shipped, track it xxxx”，看来是发货啦!

　　总结：

　　1、整体看来STP这家美国网站对国内消费者还是挺友好的，我招行信用卡付款，账单地址默认的转运地址，就被高高挂起，看来是国卡下单很轻松，但是信息审核很严格，鉴于此建议大家在填写的时候填写真实国内账单地址，而且需要复制的节奏，一个字也别错，貌似他家用的是系统审核，毕竟系统不像人，多个空格也会以为有问题，因为STP还会给国内的银行，海外电话核实的，英语不好的估计跟客服live chat告诉他真实的账单地址才给发货。当然与网友反馈转运地址也是没有问题，但是live chat这一步是死活都不能免的，应该是STP家谨慎起见让客户再核实一遍的原因!

　　2、有问题直接live chat，是最快的方式，邮件慢而且是相当于自己再摸索，也不知道问题是什么，打电话没钱伤不起，他家客服也是比较细心，能够直接解决的应该在线就可以帮忙，大家遇到问题可以先考虑联系在线客服;

　　3、周末老美一般休息，这点海淘的人都熟悉，一般遇到对的问题只能等周一他们上班在解决，而且按照国内时间要到周一晚上啦;

　　4、就是大家要珍爱生命，谨防白菜，狠心剁手，要不钱包空空，虽然都是小钱，但是越积越多，最后欲哭无泪啊!
