Vitacost买到临保产品讨公道的一段经历

　　估计有很多人像我一样喜欢在Vitacost上买保健品之类的，去年一单直邮走了两个多月，还横竖查不到，真是虐心……最近我似乎又忘记那遭遇，直邮了一个小包裹，居然从下单到收货才14天，好开心啊!不过呢，当我打开包裹一一查看，不愉快的事情发生了，发现两瓶他家的多维元素糖临保了，很不爽，当即发邮件给客服。呃，要让大家见识我蹩脚的英文了，有点胆怯。本人理工科专业毕业十年，很多知识已还给老师，大家看到语法拼写上的问题不要笑我：

　　“……This time I’m verydisappointed to find the "Vitacost Multi-Vitamin Gummies for Kids — 60Gummies"(Item No: 844197018543) you offered will expire this Oct.

　　Even my daughter take one gummy a day fromnow on, it will take four months and they will have expired! What’s more, they should be kept in a cooldry place, but it took a long time ship to China in the hot summer! So I can’t servethem to my daughter. Now I’m asking for a refund of the two bottles of thegummies……”大意是我买的东西临保了，我女儿一天吃一粒也吃不完，而且大热天长途运到中国，东西该坏了，不敢给孩子吃，要求退款。

　　客服回复倒挺快的，但是很奇葩，重要的一段还专门加粗有下划线的：

　　All Vitacost brand items list the manufacture dateinstead of the expiration date. The good news is all items are good for up to 2years from the manufacture date show.

　　所有Vitacost品牌的产品列示的都是生产日期而非到期日，它们都有长达两年的保质期。

　　我震了，他们是真不知道假不知道?马上发邮件追问。

　　Then what’s the meaning of ‘EXP 10/14’ at the bottom of the bottle?

　　Please see attached.

　　那瓶子底下’EXP 10/14’啥意思?详见附件。

　　后来又收到他们邮件了：

　　“Thank you for contacting Vitacost.com about your recent order. Myname isRichard,and I havereviewed your request for a refund. I have credited $ 8.23 backto your credit card ending0034……Thank you forsending us the picture and we appreciate your business”

　　还是这名告诉我两年保质期的理查德客服，说已经退款$ 8.23到我尾号0034的卡上了。

　　看到这里，你可能替我高兴，甚至佩服我的蹩脚英文管用了，然而，我并没有尾号0034的卡啊!我又急着发邮件：But I haven’t acard ending 0034. Could you please refund to the card ending ****?我没有尾号0034的卡，你能给我退款到尾号****卡吗?

　　客服回复：

　　Unfortunately, we can only refund to thepayment method used on any order.很不幸我们只能退款到支付订单的卡上。

　　……我又发了好几封邮件，后来终于他们发现原来是那位理查德在邮件里写错卡号了，款就是退到我的****卡上。害我一遍遍发邮件瞎着急，都想接着索要精神损失费了，不过实在太累，最终作罢。

　　总之，对于食品和保健品的保质期，我们务必要看仔细，必要时维护自己的权益，英文差也要上，多练练就好了!大家一起努力吧!
