While we work hard to ensure we provide the best possible wholesale rates there will be instances where better rates are offered elsewhere. If you do find a better rate for the same room type, and it is also a refundable rate, we want to beat that rate by $25 immediately. No future booking credits.

Also, if you find the same hotel at a lesser rate on our site, and your reservation is still refundable, we will allow you to cancel your reservation and rebook the lesser rate. Simply email a screenshot including the hotel name, city, country, and the website you found the better rate at to Member Services.
